The Empire Dragon Capital (HK) Limited (“ED”) , incorporated in Hong Kong , is essentially an investment holding company with key operating subsidiaries and/or business units principally involved in provision of consultancy services and in the business of various investments globally. The primary geographical preference of the group will be in Hong Kong and South East Asia region.

Through extensive research and development database, ED’s strength is in its ability to tailor the most optimal solutions for business needs that is crucial in today’s increasingly competitive data-driven environment. Over the years with globalisation and advances in technology, data is the currency that will play a major role in organisations expansion plans and business development initiatives. ED’s professional and innovative internally created methodologies have unique data gathering prowess that will create value and competitive advantage for any businesses.

With ED’s extensive analytics ability, its goal is to generate proprietary analyses to help businesses with market diligence and market overviews that will improve strategies necessary for business growth. ED offer comprehensive sectorial diligence, market studies and market intelligence in the energy, infrastructure & construction; and the transportation & telecommunications sectors.

Investment

ED is expected to have strong liquidity and sufficient financial resources to be able to capitalise, on acquisition and investment opportunities as they arise. Based on ED’s strategic positioning in Hong Kong, the focus will be on the pursuit of attractive investment opportunities in Hong Kong and around the world to extend the group’s investment scope and geographic coverage beyond Hong Kong, and create steady returns and thus, allowing for optimal balance between progress and stability. All investment decisions will be made for mid-to-long-term best interests (typical holding period of up to 5 years), contingent on market conditions as well as appropriate assessment of project risk and returns. ED’s investment portfolio will also take into account of investment in a diverse mix of asset classes which includes traditional securities, mutual funds, alternative investment into commodities and/or other unique assets (e.g. antiques, fine wines and arts)that fits into the Group’s strategy.
