CCB Frontier Capital (Hong Kong) Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CCB Trust Co., Limited, the sole trust business platform of China Construction Bank Corporation. CCBFC is the first offshore subsidiary of CCB Trust and will be the primary overseas platform of CCBT for its investment holding and financing business outside the PRC. It is also the only offshore platform set up by a domestic subsidiary of CCB with special approval by CCB. We started our business in 2017 to better serve our SOE clients in M&A and investments in the B&R regions.
