中環的新活動空間PRESET內常駐的INTERVAL咖啡吧，為不論是到訪PRESET活動的您，還是需要在一個喘息空間的您，在中環提供了一個充滿創意性的聚會點。INTERVAL咖啡吧擁有全港首台Mavam濃縮咖啡機。
咖啡店內除飲料外，更有輕食選擇提供，另外亦有不少啤酒和紅白酒提供。我們更不時與其他品牌和知名餐廳酒吧合作做 pop-up，包括 Bar Butler、Franzten Kitchen 等等。

INTERVAL is an innovative pop-up concept café and bar inside Central’s new event
space PRESET, featuring Hong Kong’s first Mavam Espresso Machine. Centrally located, INTERVAL serves as an inspiring mingling spot for visitors who need to take a breather or just to enjoy a good drink.
Not only we serves coffee but also a range of light food to dine in as well as beer and wine. We collaborate with well-known restaurants and bar regularly for pop-up events, including Bar Butler and Franzten Kitchen.
