Lok Chi Association Limited is a non-governmental welfare agency serving  people of intellectual disabilities. Our agency operates three Social and Recreational centers in Tai Wo Hau, Lam Tin and North district. The mission of the agency is to develop the potential and build up the positive image of the members through their participation in different kinds of social & recreational activities. The ultimate goal is to promote the social integration of the members into the community.
