Established in 2016, Metropolitan F&B Management Limited is a fast growing and wholly-owned subsidiary of a Hong Kong public listed company Regal Hotels International Limited,which is a reputable and one of the largest hotel operators in Hong Kong.
Curating palatable and variegated food and beverage experience in our central kitchen located at Yau Tong, Metropolitan F&B Management Limited is both a central kitchen operator and restaurant operator. We manages 9 restaurants,
namely Dragon Inn, Metro Café, Metro Asia, Taiwan Delight, Umi Washokudo, One Hot Pot,
港飲港食 and WhizBo Kids Café at We Go Mall, Ma On Shan as well as Dragon Inn Bistro at Wanchai and prepare food items for different food and beverage operators.
