Responsibilities:

The incumbent will provide administrative support to ensure operations excellence for the office, duties including but not limited to:

• Receptionist duties & courier arrangement 
• Coordinate with vendors on office supplies replenishment
• Perform data entry, filing and clerical duties
• Ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Educated to post-secondary level or above
• 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in using MS application
• Good command of English and Chinese (Verbal & Written)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, positive and a team player
• Immediately available is preferred
• Start as a Temporary employment with prospect to be confirmed as Permanent based on performance.
