• Diploma in I.T., Computer Science or related discipline
• Experience in TCP/IP, Juniper/Cisco/Sonicwall firewall & VPN appliance/L3 switch
• Experience in Domino, Exchange, Proxy, AD & File server
• Experience in Forefront Threat Management Gateway/Domino & Notes/Virtual Server(VMW/Hyper-V)/Thin Client/VDI
• Knowledge in Databackup Solutions/BCM/Security Solutions/Ethernet/WiFi/Optical Fiber/PBX/Client PCs/Macintosh
• Perform hardware and software support to users
• Onsite project based implementation & maintenance support (Server/PC/Network Device)
• Manage & monitor the implementation of IT projects/IT asset
• Provide technical solution analysis and advice to junior engineer & sales team
• Effectively communicate with sales team to develop business and system requirements
