Job Description

- Diploma and/ or above in Business Administration or related discipline

- Minimum 5 years' working experience as HR and Administration Assistant for manufacturing
industry.

- Handling full spectrum of HR duties including, but not limited to, payroll, MPF, company
insurance, recruitment, performance appraisal, staff relations & discipline, etc.

- Good knowledge in both HK and PRC labour laws, familiar with local culture and factory
administration is a plus.

- To assist HK Office overall administration issues.

- Provide a good bridging channel between HK and China on daily communication and
mix well with different kinds of people.

- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a MUST.

- Responsible, mature, polite and able to work independently with positive working attitude.

- Familiar with MS Office and Chinese WP for report generation and analysis.
