Job Description
- Tertiary educated or above in Business related disciplines;
- Min.5 years hands-on office administration experience in a sizable company preferably at supervisory level;
- Be open and capable in dealing with changes in a fast pace environment;
- Good analytical & problem solving skills; Decision making and negotiation skills;
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin;
- Experience in office maintenance and supplier management would be an advantage;
- Manage full spectrum of office administration functions including office supplies, stationeries, reception services, mailing services and office security, etc.;
- Act as the Health & Safety Champion to ensure the working environment is complied with the Group’s Standards and Hong Kong regulations;
- Manage office furniture ordering and to maintain an updated inventory list for the company’s fixed assets;
- Liaise with contractors / vendors (including office supplies, insurance, office renovation and landlord for contract renewal etc.), responsible for contract renewal and negotiations with services providers;
- Work closely with all departments on administrative related issues such as checking the billings and prepare expenses reports for management’s approval;
- Develop, review and update company administration operating manuals and other administration processes;
- Formulate and implement administrative policies and procedures. Provide guidance on administration matters to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures;
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
