• University graduate in logistics or business related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in logistics and purchase management;
• Understand shipping / logistics process flow & shipment arrangement;
• Understand Import/Export China truck delivery through customs;
• Experience on China customs issues is a strong advantage;
• Knowledge on Tradelink system is a must;
• Experience in electronic components and materials 
• Experience in handling VAT import to China is preferable;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua is a must
• Familiar with MS Office Applications with emphasis on Excel;
• Monitor import and export shipments between HK office and China factories, vendors and buyers;
• Monitor consideration shipments with forwarders majority by trucks with bulk volume;
• Cordinate and help resolve queries of the orders between vendors, buyers in China and HK office;
• Liaise with internal departments / factories / overseas office / forwarders on any logistics related issues, such as customs clearance, shipment scheduling and delivery arrangement;
• Work closely & good coordination with destination counterparts, procurement teams, vendors & forwarders;
• System management to maintain data accuracy & update;
• Prepare periodic reports
