Responsibilities:

• Business development, brand building, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes
• Responsible for the profit and loss of the operation as a whole
• Manage Theme Restaurant franchise expansion plan and management of franchisees to ensure their operation is in line
• Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects of Catering market
• Set up a management system for effective and efficient management of franchisees
• Gather and analyze customer tends to assist in developing corporate strategy
• Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the Company
• Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external
• Motivate and lead a high performance team to achieve the common goal
• Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in Division operational plans
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required
• Occasionally station in China

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Hospitality Management, Catering or related disciplines
• More than 10 years of related working experience with at least 6 years in franchise management
• Experience in China business and Theme Park Operation is definitely an advantage 
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Well-organized, methodical, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Good management, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
