The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with different internal and external parties to roll out the Supply Chain related projects, analyzing data and preparing proper reports for the Management and to support the Warehouse Supple Chain Management System implementation and administration.  Key duties including but not limited to :

• To coordinate the Supply Chain project implementation, communicating with the business units and vendors, participating in the project meetings, updating the project status and to make sure all deadlines are met with the expected time line.
• To develop and prepare reports and other related analysis to measure the actual evolution vs the projection for the warehouse operation productivity, stock replenishment efficiency and storage capacity.
• To handle order entry, order cancellation, order swap in between shops
• To handle system invoicing
• To monitor order and inventory status and shipment arrangement
• To provide ad hoc support to the team

Requirements :

• Diploma Supply Chain / Logistics Management
• At least 2 years relevant experience in logistics and distribution center operations
• Working experience in Garment Industry is a MUST
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel (most essential)
