Responsibilities

• Business development for SME pension and employee benefit products
• In-depth relationship management with existing individual / corporate client
• Generate and follow up new business leads to meet sales and profitability targets in line with the overall strategy
• Work with marketing team to develop and implement various marketing campaigns
• Compile business and management report
• To facilitate and support daily operation of the sales department

Requirements

• Degree holder preferable but not necessary
• Relevant experience preferable
• Minimum 1 years working experience
• Strong self-motivation and customer orientation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong presentation skill on both corporate and individual level
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Power Point/Excel
• Candidates with MPF sales experience or Corporate/SME sales management experience are welcome
