• Reporting directly to the Category Manager
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of product development process for primarily fashion bag. Other products include fashion jewelry, textile and Cosmetic accessories and sundries.
• Creating collections and seasonal items
• Good understanding of European markets, Fashion accessories trends analysis (styles, colours, materials, shapes and artworks validation)
• Strong product sensibility, creative thinking with eye on materials and details
• Articulate with figures, and cost breakdown to work within budgets
• Work as a team with merchandising team from concept and design to prototypes approval
• Able to monitor sample room to achieve sales target
• Align sources for materials, components to product specifications
• Familiar with South China sourcing and factories
• Attend clients’ meeting, able to integrate customers briefs and requests quickly.
• Provide clear direction and inspiration to the design team

To achieve this function, the Fashion Accessories Product Manager will be given:

Requirements

• University graduate preferably in fashion or related discipline
• Multi-tasked and detail-minded
• Well organised and able to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Mature, responsible and independent
• Frequent travel to suppliers in China
• Fluent in English
