Responsibilities:

1.  To arrange Purchase Orders to our suppliers, orders follow up, invoice checking and arrange deliveries
2. To handle full set of I/E shipping documents including L/C & insurance arrangement, custom declaration, invoice and etc.
3. To handle direct shipments from different ports in China to overseas countries.
4. To coordinate with Overseas/ China forwarders, customers’ logistic department and transportation companies.
5. To coordinate with factories in China for inspection and shipment.

Requirements:

1. Form 5 or above
2. experience in Purchasing support or handling shipping arrangement
3. PC knowledge, excellent with excel
4. Good communication skill in written & spoken English, and Mandarin.
