Responsibilities:

1. To handle full set of I/E shipping documents including L/C & insurance arrangement, custom declaration, invoice and etc.
2. To handle direct shipments from different ports in China to overseas countries.
3. To coordinate with Overseas/ China forwarders, customers’ logistic department and transportation companies.
4. To coordinate with factories in China for inspection and shipment.

Requirements:

1. Form 5 or above with 1 year related working experience
2. PC knowledge, excellent with excel
3. Good communication skill in written & spoken English, and Mandarin.
