Responsibilities: 

• Provide support to the external sales team for pricing related activities including giving quotations to customers according to pricing guideline, arrange rate filings, and conduct follow up actions, and monitoring
• Provide commercial in house back up for outsides sales
• Produce booking and forecast reports, and monitor space utilization against allocation
• Ensure proper maintenance of centralized customer lists
• Provide tender management support to Sales Support Manager, and Sales team
• Preparation of weekly marketing plans
• Handling of customer issue escalations

Requirements: 

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 2 years experiences in customer facing roles preferably in shipping lines or logistics business
• Relevant experiences in sales support / indoor sales activities
• Ability to manage quotations and rate requests
• Good communication skills and self-motivated
• Proficient with PC / Microsoft Office
