Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with minimum 1 year experience in IT procurement and Administration field
• Knowledge in PC and Internet service operation
• Proficient in Excel, Word and other MS Office application
• Ability to handle work independently and systematically
• Well organized, detail-minded and self motivated
• Possess experience of dealing with different parties
• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Immediate availability preferable

Job Description:

• Manage the IT asset inventory record on both software and hardware
• Perform data input work for updating IT equipment maintenance, IT internet service, and payment record details
• Housekeeping software license and media
• Assist on IT procurement request and budget preparation
• Perform clerical and general administrative tasks
