Responsibilities:

•             Responsible for customers’ enquiries and its correspondence 

•             Arranging vessel’s entry/departure matters 

•             Attending vessel’s ops/owners matters 

•             Reporting arrival/departure  

•             Liaise with terminals, owner and agents

Requirements:

•             F.5 or above  

•             Good command of both spoken/written English & Mandarin  

•             May require to work unsocial hours  

•             Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure 

•             Good computer knowledge in MS office 

•             Immediate available is preferred

•             Well organized & self-motivated
