Role:

Origination and execution of M&A transactions across Asia, including:

• screening and meeting target companies
• leading and supporting negotiations
• project managing DD (internal and external teams)
• overseeing legal documentation (working with legal advisers)
• post-integration planning and involvement in helping to execute

Submission of relevant investment approval documentation

Assisting with strategy formulation and documentation

Assisting with forecasting and financial modelling activities

Requirements:

A degree holder in Accounting/ Law/ Finance/ Business Administration

At least 3 years of related work experience

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua

Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities

Confident and outgoing with good interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated and a good team player
