Job Description
職責:
處理一般辦公室日常雜務:-
- 一般文書;
- 資料輸入;
- 影印及釘裝文件;
- 日常郵遞信件;
- 銀行入數及文件運送;
- 整理及添補辦公室物資;
- 設置會議室或辦公室設備及各種雜務;
- 協助搬運工作及執行其他指派事項。
資歷:
- 中五程度, 懂電腦操作, 簡單英語;
- 工作主動、勤快、處事細心及具團隊合作精神;
- 有禮、準時及有責任感;
- 熟悉香港街道,可能需要加班於週六/日/公眾假期工作。
