Job Duties:

• Receives customer complaints and logs them in a ticket
• Troubleshoots simple and complex network faults impacting customer services or backbone network
• Proactively monitors network devices (IP/Transmission/Voice) and other facilities and components
• Analyzes alarms information from operation support systems and initiates corrective actions to restore the services in a timely manner
• Escalates network problems to appropriate vendors and/or internal personnel in accordance with department procedure and manages issues through to resolution
• Executes detailed verification and acceptance plans of network maintenance and network change requests activity
• Assists others with more complex problems
• Could be requested to serve as a shift lead
• Non-office working hours and shift duty is required

Job Requirements: 

• Fresh Graduates/High Diploma/Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply or at preferably least 1 years practical experience in telecom network working in a Network Operations Center
• Able to work independently and equipped with reliable and punctual personality
• Flexibility and willingness to work diverse schedules supporting a 7x24 telecom operations environment
• Shift duty is required
• Good written communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure and demanding environment
• Ability to react quickly in crisis situation
• Ability to work effectively as a team member
• Good troubleshooting methodology
• Holder of CCNA is preferable
