Key Function:

• To provide professional advice on pregnancy/ baby nutrition and pregnancy/ baby care to our Mothers' Club members in accordance to relevant Code of Marketing practice of Breast Milk Substitutes.  

Responsibilities:

• To provide consumers with advice across a wide range of pregnancy, baby, toddler and product issues
• To provide advice & guidance as well as expert information on the range of Company products
• To provide an outstanding customer experience by offering reassurance, advice and information in an enthusiastic and friendly manner, thus increasing customer loyalty and creating brand advocates
• To handle consumer complaints in a professional way
• To accurately maintain consumer database information.

Requirements:

• Enrolled Nurse / Registered Nurse / Nutritionist / Registered Dietitian
• 1-2 year of experience in customer hotline service is preferred
• At ease with computers and internet
• Immediate availability is preferred
