Role Overview

RGA Hong Kong is looking for a Contract Business Administration Analyst, who will be a member of the Data Administration team within the Corporate Actuarial function. The department is responsible for the end-to-end processing of Life and Living Benefits treaties and the corresponding client data. The successful applicant will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the RGA administration system and other functions that have been standardized on the system. In addition, he/she will acquire solid knowledge on insurance and reinsurance operations and will able to apply the knowledge to allow a smooth processing of client data associated with the reinsurance treaties. He/she will also able to contribute to the team building spirit within the organization and function as an active participant in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data mapping and validation;
• Support on the administration system enhancement projects;
• Assist in management and data analytic report run;
• Data management using the RGA administration system and claims database;
• Loading and maintenance of client data and perform data validation;
• Analyse reinsurance premiums and claims transactions to validate and ensure data integrity and accurate reinsurance reporting;
• Production of monthly policy exhibits and OFAC for checking.

Requirements

• University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, information technology, or other related disciplines. Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Good organizations and analytical skills;
• Detail oriented / Attention to details;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database software such as MS Excel, Access, Oracle and SQL applications;
• Knowledge in database administration (SQL) and data migration would be desirable;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
