Responsibilities:

•           Handle all incoming phone calls
•           Greet/handle all visitors and clients
•           Register/collect/distribute of all incoming and outgoing correspondence/document
•           Arrange courier, postage, printing, and scanning service
•           Coordinate/arrange the maintenance of office equipment, furniture & fittings, telephone system, air-conditioning supply, etc
•           Handle travel arrangement such as hotel/air ticket reservation, car pick up etc
•           Support any office administration work when necessary
•           Any ad hoc project

Requirements:

•           Form 7 or above, with 1 year or above of admin / secretarial / receptionist experience
•           Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills with courtesy manner
•           Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
•           Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
•           A good team player with high degree of proactive approach to all job aspects
•           Immediately available is preferred
