Responsibilities: 

• Handle book keeping, invoicing, payable and receivable in a law firm
• Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments and report to Accounting Manager

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance, student member of  ACCA/HKICPA is an advantage
• At least 2 to 3 years' experience in commercial field, experience in Elite 3E is a definite advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Hardworking, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient MS Office skill; excellent MS Excel skill is required
• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn, analytical and well organized
• Immediate availability is preferred  
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounts Clerks
