Responsibilities:

• Handle invoice registration and petty cash transaction
• Check expense claims, data input and accounts payable
• Perform month-end closing and prepare various accounts and inter-company reconciliations
• Prepare bank reconciliation and balance sheet accounts
• Assist in preparation of budget and forecast
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder majoring in Accounting, preferably with professional accounting qualification
• 3 years' relevant working experience in multi-national corporation is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge in Oracle finance system is an advantage
• Good communication skills, result-oriented, team-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Immediate available is preferred
