Job Duties:

1. Prepare Group’s monthly consolidated financial statement and analysis report.
2. Organize the drawing up of the Group’s annual budget and monthly funds Plan.
3. Perform cost control and fee analysis, and monitor cost saving program implementation.
4. Carry out expenses review and approval according to the Group’s policies.
5. Liaise with the government bodies, bankers, and other professional firms with relevance to the Company’s finance and auditing.
6. Handle company secretarial matters for private companies.

Requirements:

1. Qualified accountant with Bachelor’s Degree or above in accounting.
2. At least 5 years’ relevant experience in reputable audit firm and/or listed company experience.
3. Knowledge in up-to-date accounting practice, HK & PRC tax law, and skilled in the use of finance software and office automated software.
4. Have a high level of responsibility and good communication, coordination and organizational skills, strong sense of moral values, and attention to details with good team spirit and professional attitude.
