Roles and Responsibilities

• Follow up existing clients;
• Handle clients inquiry, quotations, sales contracts, delivery follow up and invoicing
• Provide assistance to marketing activities

Requirements

• Diploma or above with 2 years related experience
• Candidates with more experience will consider to be Sales Administration Officer;
• Mature, organized, good team player, self-initiative, able to work independently;
• Good command in commercial English, Cantonese and fluent Putonghua is mandatory;
• Proficiency in business computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediately available preferred
