Responsibilities:

• Formulate audit strategies and plans using a risk-based approach and be involved in analysing and assessing the risks associated with the business and operation
• Lead and manage the Internal Audit team in delivering an independent internal audit function
• Manage the execution of the audit plans to assess effectiveness and adequacy of internal controls of systems, risk management, governance processes as well as the Company's financial, operational and compliance controls
• Plan, execute, report results and provide practical and value-adding solutions to the business, audit committee and senior management

Qualifications:

• A bachelor degree with a CPA or Audit qualification  
• Min. 8 years Internal Audit experience of which at least 3 years in managerial level
• Have working experience in HK listed companies with PRC offices/plants is a MUST 
• Good business acumen with strong confidence and ability to deal with senior management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English, Putonhua and Cantonese
• Occasional travel to China is required
