High Morale Developments Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of a Hong Kong listed group.  The Company recently expands its business in internet industry and other potential markets worldwide (especially Mainland China).  We invite high-calibre candidates to fill in the following opening position in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

- Report to the President and the Senior Executive Vice President of the Group.

- Head a team of business and strategy development team to formulate overall corporate strategy of the Company.

- Be responsible to research business trends of internet industry and advise in advance the direction of the Company.

- Be responsible for developing business opportunities in Greater China region with an emphasis in Mainland China market.

Requirements:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce or related disciplines.  Candidate with lower academic qualifications with outstanding work achievement in the related field would also be considered.

- At least 20 years' previous working experience in business start-up, business consulting, and overall business operations are required.

- Possess track records in business development and starting his / her own business.  Strong practical experience in setting up a start-up business in Mainland China is required.

- Strong business leadership and entrepreneurship skill.

- Familiar with the industrial practice in Mainland China is a must.

- Fluent in Mandarin.  

- Station in Hong Kong and be frequently traveling to Mainland China is required.
