Responsibilities:

• Responsible for in-store visual merchandising settings and implementation with company standard and brand image;
• Prepare seasonal in-store display, changeover and window display according to the guidelines;
• Communicate with regional & global VM team to formulate internal display guidelines;
• Work closely with operation team and external parties on VM set-up, design, and measurement;
• Provide VM report after store visit for regular shop visits to ensure corporate VM standards are maintained;
• Follow up on production work of VM materials in a cost-effective way
• Provide display training to front-line staff;
• Arrange product shooting and retouch the product shots;
• Prepare pop/ edm / social media posting layouts.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above, preferably in Fashion, Visual Merchandising;
• 2-3 years in retail fashion related industry
• Good VM installation skills, with strong sense of fashion styling and color trends;
• Creative, independent, detailed, ability to multi-task and meeting tight deadlines;
• Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, knowledge of photo shooting will be an added advantage.
