The Job

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales services in offering one-stop digital marketing solution to business customers in order to maintain the growth of revenue
• Customer communications, inquiry and build customers relationship to clients
• Handle and follow-up customers’ enquiries related to sales order and contract renewal
• Work closely with all Business Units to provide excellent service to customers

The Person 

• Matriculated graduates in any discipline (Associate Degree/ Diploma), with 1-2 years’ work experience
• Knowledge in online media is an advantage
• Good telephone manner with positive attitude and customer-oriented
• Aggressive, high initiative, result-oriented and good in team work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient computer literacy (internet, CRM, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
