Our Expectation & Your Responsibilities

1. Assist Manager and the team in leasing.
2. Handle leasing activities and enquiries, which cover planning and implementing control of leasing tasks.
3. Provide quality tenant services and maintain good tenant relations.
4. Handle leasing & tenancy administration independently and assist in operations of tenant projects.
5. Conduct market research on retail trend.

Experiences & Qualities 

1. University graduate with minimum 2 years' leasing experience.
2. Experience in tenancy management in retail industry is preferable.
3. Able to work independently and a good team member with self-motivated, energetic, creative, proactive and positive working attitude.
4. Good numerical & analytical sense, good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
