Job Description
We are a dynamic team consisting of young and motivated individuals who are passionate about technology and driven to expand our business in Asia Pacific. We are looking for a warm-hearted and competent individual to deliver superior client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client requests, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow-up to ensure completion
- Work closely with our in-house project management and development teams to execute digital solutions for clients
- Input content and data to projects accurately on client’s behalf
- Ensure excellent service standards to foster client loyalty
Qualifications:
- Diploma degree or above with minimum 1 year of related experience
- Experienced in online industry will be an added advantage
- Basic CMS knowledge and interest in Online Content Management
- Good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent judgment and discretion in handling sensitive data and confidential information
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Looking for a long-term career in client services
- Willingness to work overtime
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Trainee
