Responsibilities:

• Handle client requests, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow-up to ensure completion
• Work closely with our in-house project management and development teams to execute digital solutions for clients
• Input content and data to projects accurately on client’s behalf
• Ensure excellent service standards to foster client loyalty

Qualifications:

• Diploma degree or above with minimum 1 year of related experience
• Experienced in online industry will be an added advantage
• Basic CMS knowledge and interest in Online Content Management
• Good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent judgment and discretion in handling sensitive data and confidential information
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Looking for a long-term career in client services
• Willingness to work overtime
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Trainee
