Job Role:

The Digital Manager supervises all day to day planning/​client service activity.​  Reporting to the Digital Business Director, the Digital Manager work in providing digital planning recommendations internally with the assigned Business Directors or directly to the client.​ The Manager oversees preparation of digital strategy and media plans and supervises media plan implementation.​ The Manager is also in charge of supervising the Planners/​Senior Planners in executing media plans.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Main day-to-day contact for all clients to execute requests flawlessly while adhering to clients’ strategic direction.
• Coordinate and execute workflow between planning, operations and buying.
• Intelligence gathering of research, analysis and other strategic support materials. Translate/interpret data into clear and succinct information and relevant insights.
• Seek out new opportunities to grow clients business and provide necessary Point of View and rationale.
• Lead internal and external status meetings/calls.
• The role may involve performing additional media agency duties as required.

Key Requirements:  

• At least 5-6 years of digital industry work experience.
• College degree preferably in Marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in digital buying/planning
• Ability to manage tight deadlines while multitasking
• Experience/background in digital buying/planning.
• Knowledge of Display, Mobile, SEM/SEO, Social Media, Programmatic, Social Listening and content marketing.
