Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Provide office administration support to senior trading manager e.g. handle customers' inquiries, prepare quotations & shipments follow up.
- Prepare Sales report, presentations and other Sales forms and documents.
- Performs daily clerical job such as data entry in computer system and maintain a filing system.
- Maintain sound relationship with exist customers by making frequent phone calls.
- Assist senior trading manager in developing new customers by making heavy cold calls.
- Provide secretarial and administrative duties and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 1- 2 years of related working experiences in Sales support role. Experience in multinational companies with similar background is a plus.
- Independent, stable, attentive to details, able to work under pressure and adaptive to given challenges.
- Handling multi-tasks and objectives are required.
- Good communicate skill, organizational skill and detail oriented.
- Familiar with MS office package, especially strong in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Language Requirements: English & Mandarin must be conversational.
- Fresh graduates would be considered.
