Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Report to Customer service manager
2. Handle Mobile phone repair include Level 1/2 & refurbish
3. Handle customer enquiries or complaints / call at Customer Services Centre
4. Process and follow-up service orders, documents and general clerical duties
Job Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant working experiences
- Good telephone manners with fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Self-motivated, customer focused staff, and well organized
