Our Graduate Engineer programme is a HKIE accredited Scheme 'A' Training programme leading to the gaining of Chartership. It is a comprehensive and forward looking programme which provides participants with an excellent opportunity to gain all-round exposure in various engineering disciplines.

Programme participants will have the opportunities to take part in customised development activities such as people and work management skills training, conducting researches and taking up various project-based assignments under the mentorship of senior managers.

You should be fresh or recent graduates with Degree accredited by HKIE for the following disciplines:

• Control Automation & Instrumentation
• Electrical
• Electronic
  

You should possess excellent academic achievements, high development potential, good analytical and problem solving skills, and excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua) together with dedication to a career in railway design, operations and maintenance.
