You will implement the quality assurance (QA) system for the MTR Academy, including developing QA principles and processes in programme accreditation and revalidation exercises required by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) so as to evaluate research projects progress, monitor the utilisation of resources and ensure quality teaching delivery. You will develop and review QA mechanisms for joint programmes with local and overseas institutions, prepare regular reports and update related manuals, as well as manage QA data and conduct analysis for various programme development and management committees, Boards of Examiners and Learning and Teaching Committee. You will also support the operation and meetings of the QA Board and organise staff development activities in related areas. 

You should have a Degree in Quality Management / Business Administration / Engineering or a related discipline with 5 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level. You should have solid experience in QA and good understanding of operation and teaching delivery in education institutions with strong knowledge of accreditation requirements and processes as well as related principles and processes. While hands-on experience in undertaking QA works for accredited programmes of the HKCAAVQ is preferred, strong interpersonal sensitivity and communication skills with excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese are required.
