Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls and greet visitors
  
• Handle office supplies ordering and equipment maintenance
  
• Provide general clerical support and assist in ad-hoc duties
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
  
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
  
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Proficient in PC skills including Word, Excel & Chinese Typing
  
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Punctual, pleasant personality with strong sense of responsibility
  
• Immediate available is highly preferred
