Place of Duty:                       

Housing Authority Headquarters or any other site office of the Housing Department/ Hong Kong Housing Authority

Duties:                  

Assist the Contract Manager and CM’s Representatives in drawing & site checking, site inspection and coordination of works, site measurement, record keeping and to perform other related duties as directed by the CM or CM’s Representatives.

Qualification /Experience:   

• A Diploma or Higher Certificate in either Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a university or an institute of vocational education, or equivalent and with a minimum of two years relevant experience.
• Possession of proficient skill in WORD and EXCEL
  
  

Salary:   Negotiable

Office Hours:                       

The normal office hours are from (i) 08:30 to 17:18 or (ii) 08:57 to 17:45, Monday to Friday. The post will be required to work extra hours on weekdays, Saturday, Sunday when instructed.
