Role:

• Be responsible for the technical organization of the Group (Tender and Planning Department, Engineering Department, Mechanical & Logistic Department, Concrete Production)
• To set out, implement and monitor the technical guidelines and operating procedues
• To monitor and progressively improve the expected profit margin for the company
• Active participation in the search for cost savings relating to operational overheads & implement solutions to improve company productivity
• Provide advice and leadership on plant & equipment procurement/purchase
• Manage and train the technical team (head office and site based)
• Supervision of new projects from tendering stage (cost, architectural, environmental etc) to the execution & completion on site.

Requirement:

• Bachelors Degree holder in civil / structural engineering disciplines
• At least 15 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of building structures, infrastructure systems and local building laws
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Must have the ability to work within a diverse team as well as independently as required
• Demonstrates time management skills, resulting in the ability to manage multiple client relationships, and prioritize time and resources accordingly
• Suitable candidate will be considered as Technical Director (Overseas)
