Job Duties

Support manager on the daily operation of the function in the following areas:

• Assist on the design and preparation of monthly multi-channel reporting to management
• Provide support on the wholesale, franchisee and travel retail business workflow from order-to-buy formulation, showroom activities, order processing, logistics, sell-out, reorders, payment and after-sales service to ensure proper execution
• Support financial budget & forecast activities and plans, monitor pricing, margin and discount
• Contribute to the opening of new Travel Retail doors/stores
• Monitor and collect feedback on competitors and parallel market activities
• Assist in supporting business partners to implement improvements in their retail execution in areas of VM, training, operations, inventory management etc.
• Act as the brand ambassador, protect brand image and equity
• Any other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

Language:

• Fluency in English
• At least one additional European or Asian language such as Italian, French, Cantonese or Korean

• Strong interest in luxury retail industry
• Mature with a multicultural mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different parties at all levels
• Multi-tasking and comfortable to work with cross functionally teams
• Humble, willingness to learn and improve
• Strong analytical skill with attention to details
• Hard working and well organized
• Self-driven, result-oriented and able to work independently

Technical Skills Required:

• Excel: advanced (ability to create charts, pivot tables, V lookups, macros, formulas, etc.)
• PowerPoint: intermediate-advanced (ability to create charts, diagrams etc.)

Relevant Experience:

• International exposure and experience is an advantage
• Experience in business analysis or retail analysis (Finance or Sales background will also be considered if the candidate is able to demonstrate a strong aptitude for commercial and operational analysis)
• Previous exposure or working experience in retail industry, particularly luxury brands is a plus
