Responsibilities:

You will work as part of an Inside Sales Operation with a focus on the Top 200 key accounts US & EU. Your core responsibilities include:

• Serve the focal point on all client issues on service and maintenance renewal issues
• Prepare Account Development Plan for key accounts on growth opportunities
• Coordinate with the appropriate internal support organization to ensure timely customer update, response, and resolution
• Setup regular calls to review outstanding issues and track progress on agreed operation plan
• Ensure customers' expectations are met by internal support organization
• Suggest proactive measures for enhancing service delivery. Collaborate with product, and operations teams and customers to effectively implement enhancements
• Assist the implementation team with issues that may need to be escalated within the customers' organization to ensure successful and timely deployment of new service

 Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science with 5+ years of customer service experience in managing a variety of accounts
• Proven track record on taking total ownership of key accounts in a sales organization
• Strong technical and operational background with software company is a plus
• Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide timely communications to client
• Ability to quickly develop effective working relationship with internal and external contacts
• Excellent communication in English, Cantonese. Putonghua is a plus.
