To support our continuous growth and expansion, we are now seeking a high caliber candidate for the following positions.
1. Assistant Marketing/Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Assistant Marketing/Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of global marketing campaigns for their allocated titles.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Help develop title’s global marketing strategy and plan, including competitive environment, target audience, positioning and acquisition & engagement plans.
- Manage & execute marketing plan, across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the publishing team - including PR, community and digital distribution - to ensure alignment of all plans.
- Creation of marketing materials, working with agencies, freelance designers and development teams, including key art, trailers, in game assets, online ads etc.
- Work with media agency on effective execution of media plans. Undertake post-campaign analysis.
- Undertake commercial analysis as required by the company.
- Become the brand evangelist and game expert for each title.
Key Skills & Experience
- 2+ year experience in a Brand/Marketing role at a global or regional level in Game or License Industries.
- Marketing, Advertising degree and/or equivalent professional experience required.
- Experience working on digital-first, game or license as service and/or early access titles is advantageous.
- Commercial acumen with proven experience of creative and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure with a demonstrated ability to successfully plan and execute projects on time and to budget.
- Experience briefing and managing asset creation process, including gaining and implementing feedback from key stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship building and teamwork skills – including ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
- Proven written communication skills.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Brand Manager
2. Assistant Digital Marketing/Digital Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Assistant Digital Marketing/Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of global marketing campaigns for their allocated titles.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Requirements:
- 2+ year experience in a Brand/Marketing role at a global or regional level in Game or License Industries.
- Marketing, Advertising degree and/or equivalent professional experience required.
- Experience working on digital-first, game or license as service and/or early access titles is advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Digital Marketing Manager
