Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide all-rounded support to the HR team, including compensation & benefits, recruitment, performance management and employee engagement
2. Assist in collecting and analyzing data for management reporting.
3. Support implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirements & Preferable Attributes:

1. Degree in Human Resources Management with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
2. Well versed in Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations is a must
3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. Proficiency in business computing (including word processing, spreadsheet modeling and presentation).
5. Hands on experience in HRIS administration will be an advantage
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
7. Be a good team player and able to work under pressure and tight timeline
8. Immediate available candidate is highly preferred
