Job duties:

• Responsible for VAS deployment & development in LTE/UMTS/GSM mobile network.

• To assist in system design, capacity planning, system implementation, expansion and system compliance testing on various VAS platforms

• To provide technical support to Operation and user department.

• To liaise with vendors for maintenance and troubleshooting process

• May occasionally work at irregular hour
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Electronic, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent

• Experience in Telecommunication industry

• Knowledge of mobile UMTS/GSM system and communication protocols such as C7, MAP, TCP/IP, Diameter protocol, SIGTRAN

• Knowledge with Solaris, Linux server platform; and at least one of the following programming skills such as Java, C, python, XML and SOAP

• Knowledge/Experience in at least one of the following mobile VAS platform/standard such as mobile prepaid, mobile data, SMS, Intelligent Network, 3GPP location server, Mobile Video Gateway, SMTP, Push to Talk and SIP

• Knowledge of NSN Core Network is an asset

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Independent, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to take initiative to explore and learn new technology

• Less relevant experience will be considered for junior position
