Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Category Manager
• Minimum 3 years experience of product development process .
• Key products : Bags, Textile accessories, Beauty acc & Sundries.
• Building up collections and seasonal items
• Good understanding of European markets & Fashion accessories trends analysis (styles, colours, materials, shapes and artworks validation).
• Strong product sensibility, creative thinking with eye on materials and details
• Articulate with figures, and cost breakdown to work within budgets
• Work as a team with merchandising team from concept to prototypes approval
• Align sources for materials, components to product specifications
• Familiar with China sourcing, ready to visit factories on a weekly basis
• Attend clients’ meetings, able to integrate customers briefs and requests quickly
• Provide clear direction and inspiration to the design team on daily basis

 To achieve this function, the Fashion Accessories Product Manager will be given:

• Dynamic and supportive environment from a European management team
• International fairs and overseas shopping trips
• Direct support from the design team

Requirements

• University graduate preferably in fashion or related discipline
• Multi-tasked and detail-minded
• Well organized and able to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Mature, responsible and independent, while strong team spirit
• Fluent in English
