Job Duties

• Perform general administrative support including compiling stock reports, data input and documentation

• Handle customer orders and enquiries

• Assist Sales and Marketing department in various administrative tasks

• Handle ad hoc duties as required

• Perform stocktaking in warehouse

Qualifications:

• F.7 or above

• Candidate with 1-2 years administrative experience is preferred

• Smart, hard working, self-motivating, a fast learner with good interpersonal skills

• Strong computer skills: Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese

• Fresh graduate will also be considered
